CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter’s 15th Annual REmmy Awards celebrate excellence in leadership, innovation, sustainable design, and social responsibility across corporate real estate and workplace management.

On November 19, 2026, hundreds of industry professionals, Chapter members, valued sponsors, and friends of CoreNet will gather in Constitution Hall at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre’s North Building for an unforgettable evening. Guests will enjoy exceptional networking and celebrate this year’s award finalists and their outstanding achievements.

Eligibility

Nominations for the following awards are open to CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter members:

  • Volunteer of the Year
  • Young Leader of the Year
  • Corporate Real Estate Professional or Team of the Year
  • Corporate Real Estate Professional Lifetime Achievement Award

Workplace Award nominations may be submitted by members or non-members, regardless of the project’s size or location. However, at least one member of the nominated project team must hold an active CoreNet Global membership as of November 1, 2026.

  • X SMALL Workplace – under 20,000 RSF
  • SMALL Workplace – 20,000 to 50,000 RSF
  • MEDIUM Workplace – 50,000 to 100,000 RSF
  • LARGE Workplace – 100,000 to 150,000 RSF
  • X-LARGE Workplace – over 150,000 RSF

There is no fee to submit a nomination.

Submission Guidelines

Before submitting a nomination, please review the criteria for the applicable award category. Each submission must directly address the stated criteria and include specific examples of accomplishments, outcomes, and measurable results.

Please also note:

  • Self-nominations are not permitted.
  • Individuals must be nominated for a position they currently hold.
  • The nominator must describe their personal or professional relationship with the nominee.
  • Nominations may be submitted by anyone, including individuals who are not CoreNet Global members.
  • Projects submitted for a Workplace Award must have been completed and occupied within the previous two years.
  • All individuals and organizations included in a nomination must be informed of and consent to the submission.
  • Nominations may be submitted in more than one category, provided the submission meets the criteria for each category.
  • The “copy” feature may be used to duplicate an entry and select a different category.
  • Entries may be edited after submission until the nomination deadline.
  • All required fields must be completed accurately, including contact information, as these details may be used in the awards presentation if the nominee is selected as a finalist.
  • No changes will be accepted after the submission deadline.

For the Volunteer of the Year, Young Leader of the Year, Corporate Real Estate Professional or Team of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement Awards, the nominee must be a CoreNet Global member as of November 1, 2026.

Submission Use and Authorization

All submissions become the property of the CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter. The Chapter and CoreNet Global may use submitted information, text, images, and photographs for purposes including award presentations, social media, press releases, publicity, advertising, and website content.

Finalists and award recipients authorize the CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter, CoreNet Global, and their representatives to use their names, submission details, photographs, and audio or video recordings in any form of media, with or without attribution and without compensation, for any lawful promotional or communications purpose.

The CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter and CoreNet Global are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided in a nomination.

No extensions will be granted.
