CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter’s 14th annual REmmy Awards program recognizes and honours leadership excellence, innovation, sustainable design and social responsibility in corporate real estate and workplace management

November 20, 2025, hundreds of industry professionals, CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter members, valued sponsors, and friends of CoreNet, will gather at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto for an unforgettable awards evening, including a networking reception and recognition of all award Finalists for their outstanding achievements.

• Volunteer, Young Leader, Executive or Team and Lifetime Achievement Award nominations and submissions are open to members only. 
  • The nominee must be a CoreNet Member before November 1, 2025.  
  •  Individuals cannot be nominated for a role they are no longer currently in.
  • Self-nominations are not allowed.

• For the Innovative Workplace Awards, one person on the team must be a CoreNet Member with active membership status before November 1, 2025.
  • Nominations may be submitted by anyone, including Non-CoreNet Members.
  • There is no cost to submit a nomination.
  • Submissions can include all projects completed and occupied within the last 2 years 

• All submissions are the property of the CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter, and the Chapter has the right to use all submitted text, images, and photos in social media, press releases, etc.
• The Chapter and CoreNet Global shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any statement submitted on a nomination.
• All parties included in the nomination must have advanced awareness of the submission.
• All fields on the form must be completed. Any changes to the nomination form must be completed before the desdline date. No changes will be accepted after this date.
• The deadline to submit a nomination is Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST (no extensions).

• Team award nominations and submissions are open to both members and non-members of the CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter, regardless of the size or location of any project. 
• Nominations and submissions are accepted in more than one category.
• You are eligible to enter more than one category if the work submitted meets the criteria. You can use the ‘copy’ feature to create a copy of your entry and change the category as required.
• You may edit your entry after submitting it up until the entry deadline.
• Please ensure all your details are entered accurately, including contact details, as this will be used in the awards presentation if selected as a finalist.

The entry deadline is September 30, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST.  

The finalists will be announced on October 20, 2025.

Team finalists for Workplace Excellence Awards will be asked to prepare a (maximum) 90 second video (sound is limited to music, no voice over) that showcases their submission

The REMMY Awards Gala is the event for Corporate Real Estate professionals, set to take place on November 20, 2025. This is a unique opportunity for hundreds of industry professionals, CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter members, sponsors, and friends of CoreNet to gather at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto for an unforgettable awards evening. The evening will not only include the recognition of all award Finalists for their outstanding achievements but also provide exceptional networking opportunities.

CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter's 14th annual REmmy Awards program recognizes and honours leadership excellence, innovation, sustainable design and social responsibility in corporate real estate and workplace management.
