He leads a team of individuals that deliver programs that leverage Oxfords' scale to address efficiency, expertise, and governance. David is also a member of several cross-functional groups (i.e. Senior Health & Safety Management Team, "Move the Needle" Recognition committee & Customer Service) aimed at improving Oxfords' differentiator status in the industry.

BILL MACGOWAN, P.Eng., CEM |

William MacGowan has extensive experience within the AEC (Architects Engineers Constructors) Space and is intimate in the design, implementation and integration of IOT (Internet of Things) building systems. William has been intimately involved with the progress of open data communication standards and converged Facility + IT (4th Utility) Networks. William has deep knowledge in the areas of Use Case Development, Space Utilization and the Delivery of High-Performance Building Value. William is an honours graduate of the Queens University Electrical Engineering Program and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with the American Energy Engineers (AEE) Association. William resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Greg Woodhouse has over 12 years of engineering consulting experience with a focus on mechanical building systems. Greg has extensive experience in managing projects across a variety of sectors with project values of up to $250M. His specializations include HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, gas distribution, and electrical systems design, as well as the development of building automation control strategies to minimize operational issues and maximize efficiency potential in buildings.

With more than 15 years of lighting experience at Philips and Signify, Chad has been a part of the LED lighting revolution and, most recently, IoT connected smart lighting systems. He takes a human-centric approach to lighting spaces, with a focus on enhancing people's lives through lighting, including workplace strategies to achieve future ready buildings through space utilization and management, bio-adaptive lighting, indoor navigation and environmental monitoring to deliver data and value beyond illumination. Chad is also an educational speaker, giving seminars on IoT platforms for connected lighting systems to increase employee productivity and improve the occupant experience while providing building efficiency, energy management, and sustainability.
