TORONTO EVENT: How companies are measuring productivity in Business and the Workplace

For companies to build new capabilities and profitable business models they must measure and improve their productivity. This panel will explain how to measure workplace productivity in a shifting landscape, how employee engagement drives productivity and the importance of re-skilling staff to be more productivity in the future of work. It will also showcase how entrepreneurs can use benchmarking tools to compare themselves with other businesses in the industry.

Sal actively contributes to the mission of BDC Consulting by providing Advisory Services that increase the competitiveness of Canadian businesses. Sal is responsible for the effective coordination and completion of BDC's Advisory Services offerings in the GTA and works closely with the Bank's functional areas and industry experts to ensure that the right mix of skills are in place to successfully complete each engagement.
