Men Advocating Real Change (MARC) has become fundamental to CIBC’s gender diversity and inclusion strategy. It is a Catalyst program that engages men in a discussion about privilege and unconscious bias.
MARC recruits people to be public role models for equality by letting others know what they stand for. It empowers those engaged to lead change in their organization through advice, best practices, and insights.
